Shipping & Delivery
 We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible after payment has been processed, normally within 24 hours (excluding weekends) however sometimes it may take up to 3 days to despatch your goods. We wil notify you if there is likely to be a delay. We use a variety of courriers and postal options depepnding on the goods to be shipped.

Returns & Replacements
If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 10 days, you can return them to A-Glaze Australia for refund or replacement. Please contact us if you wish to return faulty items. Our returns team will process your claim and if approved we will issue you with an address to send the faulty items to. Please do NOT send any goods to us prior to receiveing confirmation from us. Doing so may result in delays and disappointment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to A-Glaze and the shipping fee is non refundable. We will investigate the returned items and if determined to be faulty, we will contact you for refund or replacement. A-Glaze Australia reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace
Due to the costs involved with processing returns and cancellations, a 15% re-stocking/cancellation fee may apply for change of mind returns/cancellations.
